2. User Accounts and Deletion

To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You may choose to permanently delete your account at any time. By doing so, you acknowledge that this action is irreversible and all progress, test scores, and personal data will be permanently removed, except for basic information retained in an internal log for administrative and legal purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. You also agree not to exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm the platform, its infrastructure, or other users.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TypingPulse and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of TypingPulse.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
